I was really lucky to be asked by Motif Magazine to pootle on down to Newport last weekend and visit The Port. A raw bar and grill tucked into Ann Street Pier with an incredible, sheltered view of the harbour.

Though the weather didn't fancy giving me the optimal Newport summer Sunday experience, The Port obliged with its lovely fresh seafood, including the succulent Prince Edward Island oysters you see above and a Lobster Pie I would consider marrying if I wasn't already a Mrs.
